MicroPython – Python for microcontrollers
Open Source Language For IoT Devices.
In continuation with my earlier write up on need to bridge the gap between an electronics firmware developer and software develope, here I am recommending MicroPython as a language for developing firmware for very popular IoT board ESP32.
MicroPython is part of Python library and provides implementation for resource contained microcontrollers so that it can run efficiently on these devices.
Combination of ESP32 along with open source MicroPython provides great way to start developing IoT devices for beginners.
