I have this situation: I want to apply the NodeMCU to mesure levels of water in the enviroment and I want to supply the I/O with pv panels of 3V /450mA that supply some battery and then this connected to the NODEMCU, but I don\’t know if someone recommend use a capacitor or resistor to protect the NODEMCU, How is the configuration and values?. Also I don\’t know if the ESP8266 has the capacity to control or messure the level of charge, obviously with some library and code. Are there other configuration to supply the ESP8266?
