DJ asked 5 years ago I’m looking to place temperature sensors in some electrical cabinets that send data to easyiot over my wifi that is already covering the electrical cabinets, i need the sensor units to run on battery (either 2xAAA or a 18650 with voltage regulator).
That way temps can be monitored remotely, email alerts can be sent when temp reaches a threshold, and installation will be much easier as outlets are at a premium.
What is the best way to tackle this project?
What would be the best way to go about this? Maybe a good guide I don’t know about?
